Any insurance provider is only as good as its claims service. At Specialist, we have insurance professionals here to deal with your claim from beginning to end and provide a fast and fair settlement and most claims will be settled within 5 days of receiving all information.
At any stage, we can give you an up to date appraisal and claims status and you will have your own personal Claims Advisor to help and guide you through the process.
Need to Make a Claim?

Important Information
Please be aware that we exchange information with other insurers and your claim will be recorded on a central database. In the event of a fraudulent claim we will pass on details to the Police for prosecution. We act on behalf of the Insurers in the handling of all claims.
Our aim is to provide a fair and prompt settlement in accordance with the policy terms and conditions. We also aim to provide customers with clear information on our claims handling process and, where relevant, an explanation of why a claim is rejected or not settled in full.
